HR Admin Assistant (Contract)

Job Scope

• Provide day to day support in full spectrum of HR and administration functions.
• Administration of staff confirmation and contract renewal.
• Manage Staff welfare matters including Company Transport, Welfare Hampers, and Accommodations.
• Provide support and backup for training related matters.
• Perform reception duties as required.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level with 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Meticulous, Responsible and Fast Learner.
• Able to work independently and as a good team player.
• Able to interact with staff of all levels.
• Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply, training will be provided.
