Shilla Travel Retail Pte Ltd – Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Complete customer transactions in a professional, timely manner and with highest level of respect
• Ensure accuracy in the collection of monies in various currencies or modes of payment
• Conduct daily cash balancing and cash drops
• Be a Shilla ambassador and portray a professional and customer oriented image at all times
• Respond to customer queries and complaints in a polite and courteous manner
• Work cooperatively with co-workers to accomplish sales and service goals
• Basic housekeeping and abide to all operation procedures

Requirements:

• Must have good working attitude
• At least 1 year of cashiering experience in retail / hypermart industry
• Fluency in languages.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Comfortable to work retail and shift hours (weekends and public holidays included)
• Experience working in travel retail environment is a plus
