Job Description

As a Sales / Operations Intern, you would be responsible for performing designated jobs and learning supportive functions during Christmas and Chinese New Year season to deliver outstanding customer service, financial profitability and operations ad-hoc tasks. 

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Perform assigned duties as directed by  manager and direct supervisor
  • Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
  •  * Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 
  • * Excellent oral and written communication skills; 
  • strong presentation skills. * Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
  •  * High proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. 
  • * Ability to effectively handle multiple assignments/project components simultaneously. 
  • * Ability to work independently and also as part of a team. 
  • * Self-motivated with a strong drive and sense of urgency. 
  •  Other duties assigned as needed.
