Job Description

Talent management

  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining employees
  • Responsible for total hiring process such as job posting, sourcing candidates through job fair and social media
  • Serving as first-line contacts for running background checks to screen candidates
  • Conducting initial interviews
  • Coordinating with hiring manager responsible for making the final selection

Compensation and employee benefits

  • Responsible for functions such as negotiating group health coverage rates with insurer
  • Overseeing, managing, and administering employees’ benefit
  • Support employees in compensation and benefit-related cases
  • Conduct research and studies related to topic

Training and Development

  • Training team is responsible for building out instructional programs that have a direct effect on the success of the business
  • Identify, design and update learning initiatives
  • Managing and cultivating relationships with employees
