Job Description

Pastry Chef:

  • Daily production of pastry and bakery items to support various restaurants (Rose Veranda, The Line, Banquet, etc)
  • Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards
  • Clean and maintain baking tools and equipment
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Pastry Manager
  • Team Player: Possesses strong teamwork skills and can collaborate harmoniously with pastry team.
  • Passion for Pastry: Shows genuine enthusiasm for the art of baking and pastry work, with a keen interest in exploring new flavours and techniques.
  • Able to withstand the physical demands of pastry kitchen, including standing for extended periods and handling repetitive tasks.
  • Food safety Knowledge: Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe environment.
