Key Responsibilities

• Improve on the user experience of website and social media channels.
• Create evolving social media best practices to engage Gen Z’s and Millennials, conceptualizing and executing social media plans to increase followers and viewers.
• Plan social media schedule, edit content submission, write captions, and schedule upload to social media.
• Create original digital content, short and long form videos utilising AI and design tools.
• Ideate and repurpose existing content into short-form and long form videos.
• Set-up new social media channels, tools and trouble shoot existing platforms and systems.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop promotional materials for online and on-site events and campaigns.

Job Requirement

• Strong written English language ability.
• Experience and knowledge of AI tools, WordPress, Canva, video production software and other media creation tools.
• Proven track record of increasing followers in social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube, Discord, Lemon8, etc.
• Technical knowledge in setting up and trouble-shooting social media channels, wordpress and video content creation software.
• Knowledge or exposure in mental-health, psychology or counselling
• Up to date with ongoing Gen Z and Millennial trends, fandoms, movies, Kpop, Billboard, gaming, anime and everything that trends with youths.
• Good interpersonal relation skills and in working in a team
• Maturity and responsibility to work with other organisation partners in public and private sector.
• Have personal laptop and able to work remotely
• Disciplined, independent and able to meet datelines.
