It brings partners together to share knowledge, collaborate and innovate, striving towards a common goal of building an inclusive Singapore and enabling lives. Set up by the Ministry of Social and Family Development in 2013, it is a registered charity and an Institution of a public character.

INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW
You will work with stakeholders across SG Enable and the HCOD team to support Learning and Organisational Development initiatives. You will coordinate learning activities, support employee experience and engagement work, and help with communications and operations. You will also support the review of the new hire onboarding experience through journey mapping, feedback collection, and improvement recommendations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Organisation Development and Employee Experience
- Support OD and employee engagement work, including logistics and set-up for engagement sessions and workshops
- Arrange meetings and coordinate schedules with stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver OD and employee experience projects, interventions, and events
- Support the review of the new hire onboarding experience, including journey mapping, data collection, and improvement recommendations
Learning and Development
- Coordinate internal and external learning activities, including registrations, vendors, venues, and materials
- Support capability building plans by coordinating logistics and maintaining learning roadmaps
- Track programme completion and consolidate data for management reporting
Communications and Operations
- Support communications and operations for OD and employee experience initiatives
- Design EDMs to publicise OD and L&D activities
- Support the HCOD division on other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Open to students waiting for A Level results or university undergraduates in any discipline
- Preferably interested in Human Resource, Learning and Development, Organisation Development, and or Employee Engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical thinking
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
