Job Description

The HR Team:

We are the cheerleaders, the planners, the secret builders to ensure that everyone in the company can do their best work in the most nurturing, positive environment; we align the team with the company's vision, to ensure a laser-sharp focus on growth as a unit.

As a Human Resource Intern, you will be responsible for:

- Managing staff-related procedures (attendance taking, appraisal, payroll etc.)

- Taking charge of the full cycle of recruitment (liaising with candidates, tracking recruitment volatility, interviewing, onboarding)

- Writing inspiring and thought-provoking job descriptions

- Brainstorming and implementing ways to propagate company culture

- Developing L&D programmes for employees

- Any other related ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Keen willingness to learn

- Able to work in both a team environment and individually when required

- Proficient in Google Suite

- Able to commit a minimum of 6 months for this internship (students looking for a part-time internship (min. 3 days a week) are welcomed to apply)
