Seviora Holdings – SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) Intern

Established in 2020 with an initial AuM of about S$75 billion or US$55 billion, Seviora Group (“Seviora”) is a Singapore-based asset management group. Through its outstanding asset management companies (“AMCs”), the group provides investors access to a wide range of multi-asset and multi strategies investment expertise in both active and alternative strategies, covering Asia and global.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deliver software to optimize systems, build infrastructure and automate manual operational work
• Implement required telemetry and observability to monitor and measure the quality of service in real-time against the established SLO.
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.

Basic Requirements:

• Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the programming languages: Java, Go, Python, C#
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with API, HTTP, REST and JSON
• Ability to diagnose technical problems, debug code, and automate routine tasks
• Strong interests on diving into different system architectures and understand the system limitation and are curious to solve the problems with systematic methodologies.

The following experience will be an advantage: 

• Expertise in at least one technology stack designing, coding, testing, and delivering software
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, HTTP and other protocols, and have good knowledge of network, security, database, computer architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and experience in microservices, native cloud architecture, containerisation
• Experience in using industry standard monitoring and alerting tools
