Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Growth Marketing team in a global organization within the innovative and unique satellite and space industry.

The Junior Specialist, Marketing APAC is helping SES become the foremost provider of content and connectivity solutions enabled by satellite. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Growth Marketing Manager for Asia-Pacific, supporting the Growth Marketing regional team with marketing activities and projects designed to support business growth and customer retention of the Video and Networks businesses of the company.

This is a full-time replacement contract.

You will be responsible for (this is not an exhaustive list):

Events Management and Marketing

  • You will be given the opportunity to support the management of end-to-end planning and execution of SES proprietary events, such as workshops, webinars, and conferences, with operational and logistical excellence
  • You will be assigned to support selected industry events as part of SES’s plan to sustain our brand awareness in the industry and push our presence in third-party exhibitions, conferences, and seminars in order to increase our share of voice as well as generated leads
  • You will need to influence and align event strategies and plans with business priorities across various stakeholders’ groups, mainly interfacing with the commercial team, product team, and other marketing functions

Digital and Social Media Marketing

You are responsible for providing support in the planning, designing, and execution of growth marketing programmes, which include but are not limited to lead and demand generation and customer/installed-based campaigns

  • You will need to work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver marketing programmes that drive demand for all SES services, solutions, capabilities and assets
  • You may also be tasked to deliver customer support projects and work with customers to implement co-marketing programs
  • You will be tasked to manage the region’s social media accounts and quarterly newsletters

Your Profile

Must Have

  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in the telecommunications, connectivity, and technology space
  • Experience various marketing tools such as Marketo, On24, Kapost, Hootsuite, Microsoft Product Suite (Dynamics 365, SharePoint, etc
  • Fluency in English

Nice to Have

  • Comfortable in managing multiple projects at a time with experience working with international stakeholders
  • Analytical and organizational skills, with rigorous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
