Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond and manage large amount of inbound calls, emails  and customer service inquiries/ complaints via phone, messaging app and email in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
  • Oversee and support courier team's daily scheduled and unscheduled routes and assign jobs to appropriate Drivers throughout the day
  • Maintain customer database and administrative duties
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a similar customer support role preferably in transportation industry
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking customers)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Diploma/ Degree in related field


WORKING LOCATION

  • Tampines


WORKING DAYS/ HOURS

  • Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm


SALARY PACKAGE

  • $2500 - $3500
