ServiceBack.sg is working towards building Singapore’s first platform to offer cashback from home services. What are home services you may ask? These are services such as air-condition servicing, moving, plumbing, electricians, flooring etc.

As an early-stage start up almost reaching our fundraising goals for seed funds, the steam is on to build and implement the product we envision

Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
• Promotional activities
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture
