Accounts Executive (Perm Part-time)

Working as an Accounts Executive (Permanent Part-time Convertible to Full Time) at Sentient.io, you will:

• Monthly closing. Ability to check completeness - Schedules, costs and revenue completeness.
• Manage and improve timesheets costing on a monthly basis.
• Manage cash flow forecast and funds.
• Manage and improve monthly management reporting.
• A fresh pair of eyes and questioning the way we do things so that we can have an efficient process.

What is Expected:

• Strong accounting knowledge - AP, AR, GL and most of all Debits and Credits,
• Diploma or ITE certificate in accounting. Those pursuing a part-time degree are most welcome to apply.
• 2-3 years of accounting experience. Those with more than 3 years of experience need not apply.
• Strong spreadsheet skills.
• Familiar with Google Suite (we work via Google drive, sheets and docs not Microsoft) and online banking platforms.
• Highly motivated, meticulous and organized and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Good linguistic skills in both written and spoken English
• Able to start work within short notice
