Temporary HR Executive

• Working closely with management team to carry out HR strategies which includes current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Handle end to end recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Administer health and life insurance programs
• Assist in monthly payroll
• Responsible for work pass applications, renewals and related administrative matters
• Timely update of information in HR databases and systems
• Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
• Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements and skills

• Possess a Diploma in HR or relevant fields
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
• Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
• Prior hands-on experience with HRMS systems an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Good interpersonal skills to manage relevant stakeholders
• Able to commence work immediately or on short notice
