• Assist in preparation of food and beverage prototypes
• Testing of products in various applications, according to project requirements
• Coordinate sensory evaluation panels for further product improvements
• Maintain accurate records of projects, development, and results
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of laboratories and equipment
• Ensure compliance in accordance to quality and food safety standards

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or related fields
• Meticulous, with good organizational skills
• Able to work well independently and in a team
