Job Description
  • Deep dive into the business operation and requirements to investigate, review and document business processes for business continuity and improvement planning

  • Research on existing and emerging industry trends, best practices and technologies to drive and support internal business process improvement / automation initiatives

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps in the Company’s work processes and improve operational efficiency with innovation and technology adoption

  • Assist in existing and adopted business process improvement / automation efforts utilizing technologies such as Macros, Visual Basic Automation (VBA) and / or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) etc
