- Job Description
* Assist in Company's ongoing Process Improvement efforts
* Verify Delivery Orders, Key in Supplier Invoices and Petty Cash Receipts into the Accounting System
* Supplier Item Code Set Up - Identify, consolidate and key in common Supplier Items into the Accounting System for Price Comparisons and to improve Supplier Invoice Generation via the Accounting System
* Maintain Company's GIRO / Cash Flow Monitoring Spreadsheets
* Assistance in the design and implementation of Business Process Improvement & Automation projects / workflows (e.g. use of Macros, RPAs, VBAs, onboarding of new Manpower Planning & Project Costing tool etc) and coordination with external technology providers on their solutions
