Job Description

Customer Service

Respond to customer enquiries on the phone, e-mail, Facebook, web chat and short messaging service platforms
Resolve customer complaints and follow up on unresolved issues in a timely manner
Train customers to use the app and track their bookings (over the phone or e-mail)
Work closely with the technical team to improve the product features.
Directly upsell other related services whenever there is an opportunity.
Collect and collate feedback and suggestions from customers on improving the app and service quality, and recommend it to the management for implementation.
Prepare customer communication material on a regular basis


Supplier Management

Recruit high- quality service providers and train them to use the app
Respond to their queries and assist them by providing necessary information to fulfil jobs.
Respond to their complaints and grievances and take necessary action to resolve it
Prepare communication material on a regular basis
