Send Services Pte. Ltd. – Business & Operations Intern

Duration: 5-6 months
Location: Aljunied (4-minute walk from MRT)
Reporting to: Customer Experience Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

1) Resolution Handling & Operational Support

• Handle merchant and stakeholder inquiries in real time

• Troubleshoot operational issues and identify root causes

• Coordinate cross-team follow-ups to ensure timely resolution

• Track cases until closure and maintain proper documentation

2) Merchant Onboarding & Platform Setup

• Assist with menu uploads and system configuration

• Guide merchants through onboarding workflows

• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of onboarding progress

3) Data & Growth Support

• Analyse operational data using Excel and internal tools

• Maintain tracking sheets for merchant performance and onboarding progress

• Assist in identifying simple growth improvement opportunities

4) On-Ground Support

• Participate in merchant visits and activations where required

• Support campaign or event execution when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Consumer Behaviour, or other related disciplines.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Strong attention to detail and organised in execution

• Confident communicating with merchants and stakeholders

• Comfortable using Excel and Google Workspace

Bonus: Interest in startups, local merchants, or business growth strategy
