Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support in coordinating trainer’s availability and training logistics for in-house learning.
  • Support Subject Matter Experts (SME) implementation of the total learning framework that aligns with the business strategy.
  • Assist to maintain and manage learning application and tools used by the company.
  • Support the requirements and deploys innovative solutions for training delivery and learning to enable a dynamic organization.
  • Assist on liaising with external vendors.
  • Assist on ensuring quality content development (internal and external) 
  • Identify and implement processes and procedures to continuously review, track (metrics) and assess training objectives and effectiveness.
  • Assist to prepare and generate required learning reports to respective stakeholders.
  • Assist on design works on training communication.
  • Ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of computer – Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, power point).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking, basic data management and/or analysis skills would be added advantage.
  • Preferably with ACTA/ACLP certification.
