Job Description
Responsibilities
- Managing the delivery of offboarding processes, particularly for interns, and learning administration.
- Focus on maintaining data integrity and compliance with relevant data protection policies and regulations throughout all administrative processes.
- Assist in the delivery of onboarding processes and learning administration.
- Assist in the project in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the employee onboarding process, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Managing the administrative processes for buddy system e-toast box vouchers.
Requirements
- Be able to work independently and take ownership of the tasks assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 would be an added advantage
- Possess good communications and interpersonal skills.
