Job Description

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Talent Acquisition team to support Campus Recruitment activities.

Internship / Graduate Recruitment

· Talent Sourcing:

o Source for potential candidates through various recruitment channels (i.e school portals, job boards etc).

· Screening & Selection:

o Review resumes to identify suitable candidates.

o Assist with interview scheduling.

o Assess candidates together with internal stakeholders.

· Brand Ambassador:

o Drive orientation programs for new interns.

o Develop calendar for campus outreach activities (i.e recruitment fairs etc) to present Sembcorp as employer of choice

· Data Analytics for Reporting

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data for report generation / analysis.

· Graduate Recruitment

o Assist the team to identify suitable candidates from intern pool for conversion to full-time positions.

 

Requirements

· Majoring in Human Resources or equivalent

· Good communication skills to engage with stakeholders

· Detail-oriented

· Proficient in using Excel

· Highly adaptable to the ever-changing environment of the business and recruitment
