Sembcorp Industries Ltd – Analysis & Operations Excellence Intern

The Power Key Account Management department is looking for 2 passionate individuals to assist with the following scope of work. 

INTERN 1

Responsibilities

• Market analysis and research - Perform market research and regular market news scans to monitor and report on movements of Sembcorp’s key accounts and prospective customers in the semiconductor, data centre, and associated industries in Asia Pacific region, with a focus on the SEA-5 market
• Management reporting – Assist in regular internal management reporting, including coordinating inputs from various stakeholders following up on open items or AOB . Support for ad-hoc management gate papers.

INTERN 2

Responsibilities

• Commercial operations – Support in regular commercial operations related work for key accounts including invoice verifications, hedge coordination and transaction capture, consumption monitoring and forecast, and other ad-hoc contractual notices and amendments
• Operational excellence - Propose and implement operational excellence initiatives to promote operational efficiency, information and data transparency with fit for purpose reports. Provide support to the team in necessary work-related to system upgrades for billing system and customer relationship management (CRM) system upgrades.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Power BI
