It’s time to grow our team, and we are looking for a Business Development Intern to bring our service game to the next level by carefully carrying out day-to-day contract drafting and administrative roles to assist our head of marketing and sales, Mr. Nick Tan.
Working closely with the Business Development Team, you will be tasked to:
- Create Proposal Pitch Decks
- List & Posting Management
- Create EDMs
- Prepare contracts
- Manage portal postings and adjustments across PropertyGuru, 99. co, SRX, Edgeprop, SellingSingapore.com.
- Consolidate Traffic Reports for listed properties across PropertyGuru, 99. co, SRX, Edgeprop, SellingSingapore.com.
Key skills:
- Strong English copywriting and editing skills
- Ability to empathize with clients and understand their needs
- Understanding and appreciation of business management strategies
- An analytical mind and a talent for project management
- Digital marketing experience (Preferred)
