You will be working directly under the Marketing and Training Centre Manager, which will be providing the training and support you need to fulfil on your job requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule content and events posts onto social media platforms and other marketing portals
- Prepare administrative materials such as; event attendance sheets, worksheets and forms, etc.
- Cashiering and processing registrations for consultations and courses
- Facilitating and providing support for events and classes
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Desired Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft software such as; Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Additional proficiency in using WordPress Website CMS is a major plus
- Good spoken and written English
- Personal interest in Astrology is an advantage
