Seletar Country Club – Intern (Facilities Maintenance)

• Assist to perform daily inspection & preventive maintenance works (Building services)
• Assist in maintaining, servicing and troubleshooting of as air-con, plumbing and fire control and protection etc.
• Assist to breakdown and operation’ requests
• Assist to ensure maintenance is done within the scheduled arrangement
• Assist to ensure works carried out by contractors are in order
• Assist to handle complaints and repair works accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in purchasing of all maintenance parts
• To assist Manager/ Executive for the administrative role
• Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
