Job Description
- Assist to perform daily inspection & preventive maintenance works (Building services)
- Assist in maintaining, servicing and troubleshooting of as air-con, plumbing and fire control and protection etc.
- Assist to breakdown and operation’ requests
- Assist to ensure maintenance is done within the scheduled arrangement
- Assist to ensure works carried out by contractors are in order
- Assist to handle complaints and repair works accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in purchasing of all maintenance parts
- To assist Manager/ Executive for the administrative role
- Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
