Job Description
Description
- Managing support enquiries, business and consumer relationships
- Support online and offline marketing campaigns
- Building analytical dashboards, creating new and optimising existing workflows to improve operation processes
- Assist with business KPIs and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and innovate
- Problem solver and creative thinker
- Detail-oriented individual
- Excellent with Microsoft Excel
(Experience with Python, Power Query, VBA, Metabase or SQL will be an advantage) - Prior internship experience with a venture-backed startup
- 4 to 6 months internship (Ideal duration)
You will be:
- Exposed to service and system operations within a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Learning how to think logically and strategically to solve operation challenges to manage campaigns effectively
- Given full autonomy and access to resources to experiment with optimisation projects
- Picking up personal finance knowledge that is beneficial to you in the long run
