Job Description
In-charge of front desk admin and serving duties
Answer telephone calls from customers with a professional attitude & in line with call quality & productivity requirements.
Handle administrative duties such as data entry
Attending to queries and feedback
Assist visitors seeking for more assistance
Any other duties and perform concierge support duties as assigned by superior
9-hours shift (8.30 am - 6 pm), Monday-Friday and (8.30 am to 1 pm) for Saturday and Sunday plus Public Holiday (for certain premises)
