Job Description

PART-TIME/FULL-TIME

Customer Service Officer @ Control Centre

Office located at Starhub Building (Ubi Avenue 1)

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Efficient monitoring of CCTV’s for EPS (Electronic Parking System) Car Parks
  • Basic administrative works
  • Familiar with MS applications
  • Efficient monitoring of complaint case system
  • Day/ Night Shifts (rotation/ fixed)

Requirements:

  • Must have pleasant personality and good communication skills
  • Weekday / week ends schedule available
  • Good phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Salary based on experience
