Secret Signals is a label services and publicity firm strategically based in Singapore, working with artists from all over the globe on business development and public relations in Asia. We take a holistic approach to artists, labels and businesses’ brand and growth in Asia, helping them grow and build sustained and long relationships with the media, platforms and fans in the region.
We are looking for a candidate who is able to assist with day-to-day marketing & PR tasks for Secret Signals and our clients. The candidate is expected to assist in groundwork and market research as well as consolidate/interpret statistics and trends for our clients. The candidate will also be required to take on various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support PR & marketing in daily tasks such as crafting press release, newsletter, social media posts, etc
- Ideate and execute relevant marketing strategies for our clients
- Service and manage media partners in the region
- Conduct market research for our clients and their target audience
- Collect and analyse data from marketing campaigns
- Regular reports of campaigns progress
- Attend company functions, networking events & calls with clients
- Manage databases and input information, data, and records
- General upkeep of databases, calendars & company's digital accounts
Requirements
- Able to to work proactive and independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solver and resourceful
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, etc)
- Aware of pop culture and current trends
- Fluent in English and at least one other language relevant to the territory
- Having past experience/being well-versed in the music industry is a bonus
- Based in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines or Thailand
