Headquartered at Tiong Seng Prefab Hub, we offer a one-stop solution service in a state-of-the-art building that incorporates bothprecast and prefabrication production capabilities.

• To responsible and handle full spectrum of AP functions such as matching and recording of invoices, obtaining of approval according to authorisation matrix, preparation of payments for vendors and expenses disbursement for staff and etc.
• Ensure the on-time closing for AP cycle
• Prepare the monthly reporting such as Bank Reconciliation, Vendors and Subcontractor Aging Report, Inventory Report and etc
• Handle the insurance renewal with Agency
• Keep track and compile the DO and other relevant documents
• Involve in the regular stocktake once a month
• Assist Internal/External Audit as and when required
• To perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required
