They're now looking for a HSQE Management Systems Project Intern to come onboard this once in a lifetime opportunity and obtain valuable experience in managing quality systems for a leading ship management company.

The company is looking to refine its Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System documentation by reducing overall word count and simplifying content both in terminology and layout. Interns will gain exposure to Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management Systems in the context of the marine industry and develop key skills required for further employment in the ship management industry.

Your Task:

• Assist project manager in execution of word count reduction project
• Apply standard editorial rules to existing text to achieve consistent style through project documents
• Assist in formatting and publishing Electronic Flipbook version of project documentation

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates from poly, JC, ITE, University with English Major and/or good written and oral English abilities
• Candidates must be proficient in with MS Word and have a can do attitude
• 5-days work week, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (inc 1-hour lunch)
