A day in a life of a Specialist Recruiter:
- Prospecting and generating business leads in your specialized industry sector, through a good understanding of clients' recruitment needs
- Exceeding client expectations by building robust business relationships with our customers and our company
- Performing full lifecycle of executive search process (mid to senior level positions) comprising of sourcing, networking, qualifying, salary negotiation, interviewing and on-boarding

- University degree in related disciplines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and manage stakeholders
- Self-motivated and energetic individual, who can work well in a collaborative team environment
