SearchAsia is a leading staffing and recruiting firm with a Pan Asian presence, our headquarters is based in Singapore, with network offices in Shanghai, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur and more. At SearchAsia, we will guide you into the dynamic world of recruitment consultancy and talent acquisition. You will learn how to engage with both clients and candidates effectively, so as to meet their unique and specialised needs. Furthermore you will also gain perspective from a recruiter’s point of view and hence, get to know what hiring managers look for in prospective employees. This 12 week internship will leave you with a sharp and developed business mind-set and skills that can be applied to your life and employment ventures after graduation.
Job scope:
• Engage with clients to assess their unique business needs
• Be involved in recruitment consultancy for mid to senior level positions
• Engage with candidates to assess their strengths and manage their expectations
• Source, screen and select candidates
• Assist your assigned mentor in recruitment tasks
• Updating of our database
Requirements:
• Minimum A Level, Diploma or above
• Enjoy interacting with people
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Resourceful and persevering personality
• No prior experience is needed as training will be provided
