What You’ll Do
Discover, engage, and assess potential hires to drive our growth
Proactively manage end-to-end recruitment, from outreach to onboarding
Skillfully craft clear, compelling job descriptions and support employer branding efforts
Optimise hiring processes and improve candidate experience through data-driven insights
Represent SearchAsia at career fairs and campus events to build talent pipelines
Contribute to internal ad-hoc talent projects and strategies that strengthen our team
