Job Description

We are looking for HR Executive to join our HR team to support recruitment in Singapore network. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring SearchAsia’s most important asset - our people! You will play a lead role in coming up creative ways to engage and attract talents, improving our employer brand, contributing to growth of our organization!

What you will be involved in: 

  • Spearhead recruitment efforts for both consultant and internship positions
  • Own the full recruitment cycle from end to end - across all areas and disciplines
  • Conduct screening of candidates-based job requirements and competencies to create a pipeline of high calibre talent profiles for hiring managers
  • Engage innovative tools and technology in line with hiring trends to get the best candidate the quickest way possible
  • Develop robust recruitment process and drive talent sourcing activities to ensure positive experience for candidates

What you will need to excel: 

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Enthusiastic and approachable personality
  • Good understanding of creative sourcing strategies for talents
