Procurement Executive
Responsibilities
- Responsible for evaluating supplier, products and services, negotiating contracts and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and high quality.
- Liaise with project / bid teams to identify major materials / services for advance sourcing.
- Responsible for sourcing, comparison and reviews of terms and conditions, quotations and quality of materials or services rendered by subcontractors.
- Administer purchase requisition, quote, and issuance of purchase orders, creation of new vendors and perform vendor assessment and qualification.
- Perform due diligence checks on major/preferred vendors
Requirement
- Min Degree higher NITEC in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Good communication skill to interact with people at all levels.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of similar experience.
- Maintaining internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
