About the Role – You Will:
As an HR People Analytics and Reporting intern not only contribute to meaningful projects but also build a solid foundation in HR data analysis, which can be a significant value for your future career.
- Gain hands-on experience in Dashboard Design: Design and refine HR dashboards using Tableau, supplemented by R or Python for in-depth analysis.
- Participate in Analytical Projects: Undertake analytical projects to explore employee data trends, focusing on diversity and performance metrics.
- Contribute to projects analyzing employee data, diversity, succession, performance, and turnover. You'll learn how to use analytical tools to uncover trends and relationships.
- Collaborate with HR Teams: Work alongside various HR project teams to understand how analytical findings can translate into actionable business strategies.
- Understand Data Modeling: Get a glimpse into how business needs are translated into data models and analytical tools.

Your Experience Includes:

- Ability articulate your thoughts and findings in a clear and precise manner

The Shugart site (named after Seagate’s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center. Easily accessible from the One-North MRT Station, many employees choose to take mass transportation to work. Being a purpose-built building, The Shugart has excellent employee recreational facilities. Take an active break at our badminton courts, table tennis tables, in-house gym, and recreation rooms.
