Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Operations team with data entry needs.
- Modify and prepare Excel lists.
- Update client records in Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software.
Requirements:
- Customer service skills
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situation
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Sensitivity and understanding
- Persuading and negotiating skills
- The ability to use your initiative
- Able to communicate with Mandarin and English
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant or sales assistant
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software, or other CRM, preferred.
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication & written English & Mandarin skills
