Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Operations team with data entry needs.
• Modify and prepare Excel lists.
• Update client records in Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software.

• To be thorough and pay attention to detail
• Sensitivity and understanding
• Persuading and negotiating skills
• The ability to use your initiative
• Able to communicate with Mandarin and English

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Prior experience as a virtual assistant or sales assistant
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software, or other CRM, preferred.
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal communication & written English & Mandarin skills
