What you will be expecting to perform?

• Identifying, attracting job seeking candidates and matching them to job roles for clients across various industries and job functions.
• Actively sourcing, shortlisting, screening and profiling candidates, highlighting relevant achievement of candidates.
• Drafting job advertisements, managing across various channels, updating and refreshing candidate talent pool in the CRM.
• Proactively engage passive candidates with a variety of engagement tool, e.g. LinkedIn, candidate databases, social media, Diversity Outreach contact lists, and employee referrals.
• Systematically generating candidate leads through research and active contacting.
• Building relationships with active and passive candidates, as well as other team members in the recruitment cycles.
