HR Intern (Recruitment) - Full-time / Part-time
Part-time / Full-time Internship opportunities available!
Location: Harbourfront Centre
Working hours: 9:30am - 6:45pm
Min. 3 days a week
Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing
- Assist in the selection, interview, and hiring process to source talents for our clients
- Source and interact with potential talents using candidate databases and job portals
Candidate Screening
- Select and screen candidates via phone interviews
- Recommend suitable candidates for available job openings
- Match candidates to ideal careers
Administrative
- Maintain project management schedule to monitor progress for various recruitment stages
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, logistics arrangements, etc. for the team
- Prepare documentations according to project needs
Requirements:
- No experience required; training will be provided
- Able to commit at least 4 months (min. 3 days a week)
- Keen interest in HR and burning passion for people!
