Job Description**
- Respond to emails, handle sales enquiries, use Qpost, Qtalk, Shopee & Carousell online talking Apps; complains and follow up;
- Solve sales enquiries and customer service questions;
- Deal with everyday order, record stock status;
- Take care of walk-in sales from time to time, prepare and process sales orders;
Requirements**
- Fluent both in English and Mandarin;
- Customer Service experience is preferred;
- Familiar with computer and Microsoft office application;
- Meticulous and able to work independently under time stress;
- Able to multi task and organize;
