School of Concepts – Workshop Conductor

School of Concepts is a social enterprise on a mission to give every child equal access to quality education. A school that believes in hiring and enrolling inclusively, SOC sets aside 30% of its resources to serve the marginalised and hires persons with disabilities as part of its operations team. 

The school creates and curates programs for young learners and families at its schools and for partner organisations. 

Daily duties

• Participate in the conducting and facilitation of on-site and online workshops and lessons for young children between the ages of 2 to 12 years old
• Collect and consolidate data, feedback, survey questions and answer enquiries on programmes and workshops
• Participate in the planning, preparing and execution of thematic workshops online and offline
• Participate in familiarising with programmes - understanding its methodology, pedagogy and target audience
• Prepare lesson plans, materials and props for execution
• Evaluate and analyse data collected on performance to suggest improvement for next sessions
• Form new connections with partners in the education space
