Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supporting department’s daily operations. Incumbent will also be able to work on projects related to performance management, learning and development and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and their processes.
- Assist in *SCAPE’s performance management cycle and audit for FY2023.
- Assist in managing HR database, which includes updating, retrieving, and processing of records to ensure accuracy and that files are up to date.
- Revise outdated SOPs and their process flow.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders for Organizational Development projects.
- Conduct market research on best HR practices and new tools/technologies in the market, as well as analyzing data and preparing reports or documentation to aid in decision making.
- Support recruitment efforts when necessary.
- Undertake any other HR & Admin supports and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
