Job Description

• Event management of NYFA Conference and other NYFA workshops and talks
• Coordination of schedules for Podcast Competition Plus with finalists and management of their podcast materials 
• Taking event videos and pics for posting, and archival
• Creative ideas for programme promotions
• Collation of data for post-event reports
• Assisting in pre-production of *SCAPEmedia programmes

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Media / Mass Communication or Event Management or Business Management
• Team player and is able to work both within and across teams to ensure work is completed with appropriate input from others.
• Genuinely interested in supporting fulfilment of organisation goals and changes.
• Good analytical problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at any one time and prioritize effectively.
• Ensure information, facts and figures are accurate
• Respond as needed within an appropriate time-frame.
• Ability to organize effectively
