Business Analyst Intern (6-months, Immediate)

Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) intern to join our Information Technology Team. This role is responsible for supporting the IT BA in planning, designing, and testing for SBI DM’s financial platforms. The candidate is expected to be a diligent individual who can think systematically and is genuinely curious about how users experience and interact with the platform.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assist in the collection and documentation of business requirements from stakeholders
• Support in the creation of process flow diagrams and product requirements
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by writing test cases, executing tests, and logging defects
• Participate in ideation sessions and share creative ideas to help shape new features and improvements.
• Work closely with various departments to drive clarity and alignment on product requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent (ongoing or completed).
• Genuine interest in UI/UX and the application of technology to improve business outcomes
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and systems thinking or design principles is a plus
• Creative with a problem-solving mindset and curiosity to explore new ideas.
• Able to commit full-time for 6 months immediately.
