Saybons French Food Factory – Cafe Managementt Trainee #SGUnitedTraineeships

Saybons is a fast-casual F&B chain specializing in French cuisine. Other than 3 retail outlets, we also have a food factory and catering/events division. 

We are expanding and looking for people who are passionate about the food industry to join us. We are looking to groom our next Cafe manager or if you have ambitions to eventually own your own cafe, our Cafe Management Traineeship program is for you. 

As cafe management trainee, you will be rotated among various departments to learn and understand the inner workings of what make a successful cafe. We require a minimum 6 months' commitment and you will learn procurement, recruitment planning, store operations, logistics optimization and marketing. 

Your daily tasks include:

- Interact with customers and provide good customer service 

- in charge of daily accounts closing and generating of sales reports

- assist with food orders' fulfilment and quality control

- monitor inventory and sales 

- liaise with food suppliers and qualify suitable suppliers

This position is a full-time position and you will be working alternate 6 days week with 5 days week. You will be expected to work on certain weekends and rotating morning/evening shift.
