Job Description
  • Assist in performing research on databases and publicly available sources in relation to target companies (including competitive landscape, business lifecycle, strategic positioning), industries & sectors, economies etc.
  • Assist in analysing and reviewing clients’ documents, including business reports, financial statements, discussion papers etc.
  • Assist in performing analysis and administrative work in relation to business valuation and business advisory
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations to clients, and materials for business development activities
