- Ensure proper documentation for arrival and dispatch of spare items, including off-land items
- Ensure documentation for items received are correct with regards to both item description and quantity
- Arrange for dispatch of items by courier services
- Undertake other related roles and responsibilities as and when assigned to you
- Assist Finance Executive with admin tasks
- Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
